DPR Label Matrix Remover/Slitter

DPR Label Matrix Remover and Slitter for rolls of labels between 0.75" (19 mm) to 8.86” (225mm) wide. Easily produce up to 9 rolls with an outer diameter up to 10" (250 mm) OD. Includes 4 slitters with an option to attach up to 8 slitters to the blade holder.

This matrix remover allows for waste removal from printed or blank die-cut labels. Perfect for producing full bleed labels that have been printed on die-cut blank label rolls. The system provides a very accurate label cutting solution with the ability to print larger rolls and remove excess material waste.

This is an offline solution, which allows for uninterrupted removing and cutting. A printer can cause interruption due to pausing or printhead cleaning cycles.
