Engineered for round containers and pre-roll tubes, the LM5000RB system combines a rollerbed conveyor, powered product hopper, and synchronous feed applicator to print and apply labels in-line. A wrap belt assembly ensures labels are securely wrapped around tubes at speeds up to 100 per minute. Operators benefit from intuitive PLC touchscreen controls, easy changeovers, and a mobile base for flexible production line integration.
