The Afinia L701 Hot Swap is an express replacement program available only under the first year of factory warranty. If printer issues can not be resolved with Afinia’s Technical Support, a replacement printer is sent via overnight shipping. The replacement printer may be new or used at Afinia’s discretion. Replacement Hot Swap must be purchased at time of printer sale.
