The Afinia L901 and L901 Plus Hot Swap is an express replacement program available only under the first year of factory warranty. If printer issues can not be resolved with Afinia’s Technical Support, a replacement printer is sent via overnight shipping. The replacement printer may be new or used at Afinia’s discretion. Replacement Hot Swap must be purchased at time of printer sale.
